At Ticketcounter, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent ticket booking experience.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Ticket Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases made through Ticketcounter are final and non-refundable,
unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Once a ticket is purchased, it
cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

  • If an event is cancelled, refunds will be processed according to the event
    organizer’s refund policy.
  • If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the
    new date unless stated otherwise.
  • Ticketcounter is not responsible for decisions made by event organizers
    regarding refunds.

Duplicate or Invalid Transactions

  • You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
  • A technical error caused an invalid ticket issuance.

Such requests must be reported
within 7 days of purchase.

Service Fees

Service fees, convenience fees, or processing charges are non-refundable,
even if a refund is approved by the event organizer.

How to Request a Refund

F eligible, please contact our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Registered email address
  • Proof of payment

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original
payment method via OnePay within 7–14 business days.
